The Franciscan Apartments has completed an amazing exterior renovation! Giant patios and balconies have received a modern facelift, the community club house has undergone a complete remodel with an updated kitchen, community space and fitness room. Exquisitely designed landscaping surrounds the property, courtyard and heated pool. Our location has a beach vista with nearby shopping and eateries.

Standard Layout

The open layout of the living space allows our tenants to design it the way they desire without cramping their style.

Overlooking Pool 

Having a view of the newly designed courtyard garden, grove of trees, Japanese maple trees, palm trees and the glowing pool at night create a zen feeling night or  day.

Corner Unit

This layout makes use of the space better, where the bedrooms are larger without a hallway entrance.

Patio Ground Floor

Our ground floor units have double the size of the balconies with a separate entrance gate.
